Unlike some, I have no privilege of building the sets first hand, but since the images are out, I want to share some of the things I observed and are excited about.
At first glance, you might think "Shit, Lloyd is duplicating himself in 3 different sets!" but wait, one of the set has only Lloyd in ninja suit, Zane is in some kind of Punk outfit.
Well, this is LEGO set planning at its best, if you buy all 6 sets and 5 spinners, you get 1 set of Ninja suit, 1 set of powered suit and sad to say, 1 extra Lloyd.
We will also be seeing a come-back of Samurai X whom i guess is currently Pixel. a new colour scheme of gold, white and dark blue is just soon cool!
actually has Lloyd's spinner in the set itself... so if you want all the ninjas and their power suit, you can choose to skip 70643 and look for Cole or skip 70641 and look for Nya.
Parts wise, we will be getting a new Katana colour (red) which is always good for various reasons.
3 different masks, had me joking with friends that this series might be taken down soon for its satanic inclinations.
I do hope that the new power suits will have more impact to them than normal print...
This is just normal colour... lets hope its just a prototype picture or camera error.
This is the DX dragon suits. At that point of time, Gold print were like WOW!!!
The first NRG suits were SHINY like !@#$
Though we know not the meaning of the words, these are still SHINY!!!
Lets hope the second wave of Ninjago will be even better. The words Master of Dragons keeps me very hyped!
