To commemorate this event, a number of things are happening.

3. Giant LEGO dragon playground.
Catch and build with us an 8.5 foot LEGO Dragon Playground, alongside LEGO Certified Professional, Mr. Nicholas Foo, from 21 to noon of 25 July at Raffles City Atrium, level 3! Participants who help to build the dragon playground will receive a certificate. Register on-site with us from 21 July, and play a part building this exclusive LEGO design.

4. The Little Red Brick Show (SG50 Edition)
Celebrate Singapore's 50th birthday with a walk down memory lane! The SG50 Edition of the annual Little Red Brick LUG Show showcases a collection of memorable places, events & objects from the past 5 decades – all built with LEGO!

The humble LEGO brick has been as much a part of our childhood as these objects and scenes we've built. We hope we have triggered a memory within you and hope that you too can contribute to this show by sharing your experiences with us! Pick up a Memory Collection card and share your memories of one of the builds with us while you're at the show!

Throughout these 4 weeks, we'll be uploading pictures of all the builds and we hope you'll share these pictures with the young & old members of your family! The children of today will be running a different SOC course and taking a different bus but only your grandparents can tell you how nice the cakes were at Red House! If they have a nice story to share, we'd like to hear them please! Drop us an email (littleredbricklug@gmail.com) or tag us on Facebook & Instagram, we'll be waiting!

This project by The Little Red Brick LUG is supported by the Singapore Memory Project's irememberSG Fund, as part of the Singapore's SG50 celebrations.
